How much does website hosting cost?+
Care is £45 a month and Care Plus is £95 a month. If you have a monthly website with us, hosting is already included.
How much does business email cost?+
Email on your own domain is included with every Care plan and monthly website. Extra addresses are £7.50 a month each, and extra storage is £10 a month per 50GB.
What's the difference between Care and Care Plus?+
Care Plus adds 2 hours of changes every month, made for you, up to 5 email addresses with 100GB storage, and priority support, first in the queue.
Can you host a website you didn't build?+
Yes. Care is designed for existing websites — we take over the hosting, security, domain and email.
Do you manage servers?+
Yes. We handle server purchasing and management for businesses that need their own server, priced on quote.
Is there a minimum term?+
Care plans have a 12-month minimum term. After that, you can continue month to month or cancel with 30 days' notice.
Do your prices include VAT?+
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout.
