Yes. As long as you own your web address, you keep the same email address. We move the email hosting to our servers and your address stays exactly the same.
Can you move my existing emails?
Yes. We move all of your existing emails from your current provider, so nothing is lost.
Does it work on my iPhone?
Yes. iPhone, Android, Mac Mail, Outlook and Thunderbird all work. We set up the devices you use, or send your team step-by-step instructions.
What is the difference between a mailbox and a forwarding address?
A mailbox has its own login and keeps its own email. A forwarding address, such as info@, passes email on to a mailbox you already have. Mailboxes are £7.50 a month each, and forwarding addresses are free.
How much storage does each mailbox have?
10GB per mailbox. If you need more, extra storage is £10 a month for every 50GB.
Do I need a website to have email hosting?
No. You need a web address of your own, but you do not need a website on it. If you do not have a web address yet, ask us and we will register one for you.
Is email hosting included with a website?
Yes. Every monthly website and every website maintenance package includes email on your own web address, with as many mailboxes as you want.

How long does it take to set up?
We agree a time with you before we start. New mailboxes can be ready the same day. If you are moving from another email provider, allow time for the change to your web address to reach everyone and for your old email to move across.

Yes. Your email, contacts and calendar are kept in step on your phone, your laptop and your desktop, so a change on one appears on the others.
Can I add a mailbox later?
Yes, whenever your team grows. Each new mailbox is £7.50 a month from the month it starts, and we set it up for you.
What are SPF and DKIM?
They are records on your web address that tell other email systems your messages really come from you. With them set, your email is trusted, lands in inboxes rather than spam, and is much harder for anyone to fake. Every email hosting set-up we do includes them.
Can I use Outlook on my computer?
Yes. Your mailbox works with Outlook, Mac Mail and Thunderbird on your computer, as well as webmail in any browser, using secure connections.
How quickly will you answer?
The same working day. Support is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, by phone, email and support ticket. Anything that reaches us after 3pm is answered by 12 noon the next working day.
How long is the contract?
12 months from your first payment. After that it carries on month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' written notice.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. The prices are shown without VAT, and VAT is added when you pay.
