What is automatic social media posting?
Automatic social media posting is a way of keeping your business's Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages busy without anyone in your business having to sit down and do it. The posts are written for you, each one with its picture and a link to your website, and they go out on their own every day, at the time that suits your customers.
Most small businesses know they should be posting every week. Almost none of them have the time. A page that last posted in the spring tells a customer you might not be trading any more. A page that posts every day tells them you are busy, you are local and you are worth ringing.
There is plenty of auto posting software that will put a post out at a set time. But software only posts what you give it, so you still have to write every post and find every picture. How many posts a week will my business get?

Which channels does it post to automatically?
Facebook and Instagram post automatically, once you have added us as an admin and we have connected them. Your LinkedIn company page gets its posts written in the same way, and until LinkedIn approves automatic posting for company pages, they go out with one tap from us.
Can Facebook post automatically?
Yes. A Facebook business Page can be posted to automatically by an app it is connected to, which is how ours works: once you add us as an admin and we connect your Page, each post goes out at its time without anyone pressing a button.
Does Instagram allow automatic posting?
Yes, for Instagram business accounts. A personal Instagram account cannot be posted to automatically, so if yours is a personal account, it is switched to a business account in Instagram's own settings first.
Who writes the posts, and can they get anything wrong?
We do, from the brief you give us about your business. The writer only uses the facts on your brief, so it never makes up a price, a customer or a claim, and it never mentions anything you have told us to leave out. If you want to see each post before it goes, you can, in your own login.
Do I have to approve every post?
No. Done for you, we check and approve every post and you never need to log in. If you would rather approve them yourself, you can, at the same price.
Can I use my own pictures?
Yes. Send them to us, or add them in your login, and they go out with your posts. Every post's picture can be changed before it goes out.
How do you get into my Facebook and Instagram?
You add us as an admin on your Facebook Page and your Instagram business account, the same way you would add a member of staff. We never need your password, and you can take us off whenever you like.
Will it bring people to my website?
Every post links to the page of your website it is about, and you can see the link clicks and pages read from each channel, read back every hour. That is how you can tell which posts are working.
Do I need a website from you?
No. Our automatic social media posting is sold on its own and works with the website you already have.
Is there a contract?
No. It runs month to month and you can cancel whenever you like. We would rather you stayed because it is working than because you are tied in.
