£39 a month plus VAT, and nothing to pay to set it up. The minimum is 12 months. After that it carries on month by month, and you can stop with 30 days' notice.
Is there a limit on chats?+
No. Have as many as you like, there's no extra charge. Your customers decide how many chats there are, not us.
Will it work on my website?+
Yes, on any website, whoever built it: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify or anything else. It's one line of code, which we send you or add for you.
What does it know?+
Your own website, which we read when we set it up, plus any questions and answers you add yourself. It talks about your business, your services, your prices and your opening hours, and asks for a name and number when someone wants to get in touch.
Will I see the chats?+
Yes. Every chat where someone leaves an email or phone number is emailed to you in full a few minutes after it finishes, and they get a copy. Every chat, with or without details, is there to read in your login.

Can I change what it says?+
Yes. Add or change a question and answer in your login and it uses it from the next chat. Your name, colours and business details we change for you.

No. VAT at 20% is added to your monthly invoice.
