Digital Account Manager Position

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for Customer Service! You must thrive on your knowledge of the web and the ability to work under your initiative without being micro-managed to meet given targets. We expect the individual to be IT literate, with particular knowledge of Digital Media. On a fundamental level, an understanding of Digital Marketing, including Social Media and SEO, is required.

The candidate needs to be confident, well-spoken, and comfortable making client calls and, at times, being face to face with visitors either in the office or by Zoom/Teams/Skype. A professional presentation and excellent communication skills, be organised and take the initiative when necessary. The candidate will be given a sub-set of clients to upsell company products.

• Client liaison using a telephone to introduce your role with a CRM system to keep a client track record.
• Using email marketing to send out offers and services to clients.
• Liaising with the client during design and development of project build.
• Prepare reports on account status.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact across email, calls and video calls.
• Identify and grow opportunities within digital marketing services and collaborate with sales teams to drive growth forward.
• Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
