These are blocks of 15 minutes of work that can be used as and when you need to make changes to your website. As you will already have paid for this work up-front we can implement the changes immediately.
As an example, if you want to have some new functionality added to your website which will take us 45 minutes to develop and install, then you will use 3 x 15 TUBS.
We offer 4 levels of TUBS as follows:
(2% Discount of normal hourly rate)
(5% Discount of normal hourly rate)
(10% Discount of normal hourly rate)
(15% Discount of normal hourly rate)
If you want to build a support package, you can choose the level of TUBS you require and we will add this to your annual hosting fee with an additional percentage reduction of the overall price.
If your business needs to have large amounts of changes and updates made on a frequent basis then we can create support contracts tailored to your needs.

Should the required change be deemed to be in excess of the number of TUBS that a client has remaining then they have the ability to “Top Up” their available units before work commences.
